In the first quarter of 2025, the nickel price showed a steady increase throughout January, peaking around mid-month at USD 15,835/MT. However, in early February, there was a noticeable drop, followed by a brief recovery around mid-February. After that, the nickel price climbed steadily again, surpassing USD 16,000/MT, but began trending downward toward the end of March. It is expected that the price may continue to decline in the coming months.
